Our Work
Future Skills & Career Development
Preparing students and young people for future opportunities through career guidance, employability skills, digital education, and practical learning.
Education and practical skills can help young people explore new opportunities and prepare for the changing world of work. JKSF aims to support students, job seekers, and young adults by promoting career awareness, employability skills, and access to learning resources.
Our initiatives focus on helping participants understand different career pathways, identify their interests, improve communication, and develop essential skills for professional environments. We also aim to provide guidance on resume preparation, interview techniques, workplace behaviour, and the use of digital tools for job searches.
Through workshops, career awareness sessions, and skill-development activities, JKSF seeks to encourage young people to make informed decisions about their education and future careers.
